- The form of notice of change of business registration content has been filled in, stamped and scanned by the representative
- The power of attorney of the representative of the business for individuals to carry out the procedures has been filled in, stamped and scanned by the representative.
- ID card of the person carrying out the procedure includes 1 copy and 1 scanned copy to submit online
- All put in foil, stamped border if printed on 1 side on 2 sheets
- If the person making the registration is also the legal representative of the enterprise according to the law, no power of attorney is required
Note: When the enterprise carries out the procedure for notifying the bank account, the enterprise does not have the company's phone number, accounting information or has not updated its information on the Portal The national business registration needs to be implemented and fully supplemented with missing information.
Is there a penalty for not registering a bank account with the investment planning department?
If, after 10 days from the date of being granted a bank account, the enterprise notifies or fails to notify the bank account to the Department of Planning and Investment will be sanctioned according to the following regulations:
- From 01 to 10 days late: A warning will be imposed if there are extenuating circumstances;
- 10 to 30 days late: Fine from 400,000 to 1,000,000 VND;
- More than 30 days late: Fine from 800,000 to 2,000,000 VND.

- If the person making the registration is also the legal representative of the enterprise according to the law, no power of attorney is required
