1. What is a Temporary Residence Card (TRC)?
A Temporary Residence Card (TRC) is a long-term visa issued by the Immigration Department, allowing foreigners to legally reside and work in Vietnam without multiple visa applications, while also permitting them to sponsor relatives (spouse, children) to live together.
• For Labor (LĐ1, LĐ2): Maximum 02 years.
• For Investors (ĐT1, ĐT2, ĐT3): From 03 to 10 years.
2. Requirements for TRC
- Passport: Valid for at least 13 months.
- Residence Declaration: Registered at local police or online properly.
- Supporting Documents: Work Permit, Work Permit Exemption, or Investment Certificate.
