CHANGE OF BUSINESS REGISTRATION CONTENTS
Currently, according to Article 29 of the Law on Enterprises 2020, the Enterprise Registration Certificate only shows 4 contents:

Business name and business number
Address of the head office of the enterprise.
Business name and business codeInform the legal representative of the enterprise (for limited liability companies, there are also information of members).

Therefore, when the enterprise changes the information on the Enterprise Registration Certificate, it must issue the Enterprise Registration Certificate with new information. In addition, enterprises need to notify the change of the following contents to the business registration agency:

The application for change of the company registration contents includes the following basic documents:
THE BASIC DOCUMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1: Notice of change of business registration
2: Minutes of meeting of the Members' Council
3: Decision on change of business registration.
4: List of company shareholders
5:Certificate of completion of procedures and transfer of tax for companies transferring other headquarters in districts of co-management, shareholders, certificates of determination of legal capital if supplementing conditional occupations, practice certificates if any.
PROCEDURES FOR COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT

Step 06: Handover Documents
Handover of business registration certificates, digital signatures and other relevant information
