AN APPLICATION FOR ADJUSTMENT OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECT CERTIFICATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING PAPERS:

A written request for adjustment of the Investment Certificate.

Report on the implementation of the investment project to the time of request for adjustment of the investment project.

Decisions on adjustment of investment projects by investors.

Proposals for investment projects include: investors implementing projects, investment objectives, investment scale, investment capital and plans for capital mobilization, location, duration, investment schedule, labor needs, proposals on enjoyment of investment incentives, impact assessment , socio-economic efficiency of the project (for projects that have not been granted investment registration certificates and enterprise registration).

01 medical copy of the investment certificate.

Original GCN investment registration.

01 certified copy of tax registration certificate (for projects which have not been granted investment registration certificates and enterprise registration).

01 certified copy of the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

Investment report (Enterprise report submitted online on the dautunuocngoai.gov.vn).

Documents confirming full capital contribution up to the time of adjustment: 01 certified medical copy of the audited financial statements closest to the time of adjustment or the bank's confirmation that the investor has contributed sufficient capital.

Note: Enterprises can only carry out procedures for changing investment registration certificates if they have contributed sufficient capital, have audited financial statements for the adjacent fiscal year up to the time of change, the company has fully performed the reporting obligations in accordance with article 3 of the investment registration certificate.
