1. Subjects granted work permits in Vietnam

2. Where to apply for a work permit?
The employer will submit an application at the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in the province where the foreign worker will work.
Foreigners belonging to non-governmental organizations, international organizations, associations, etc., according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 40/2016/TT-BLDTBXH, shall apply for a work permit at Employment Department - Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
3. Procedures for applying for a work permit for foreigners
Step 1: Register the need to recruit foreign workers
Records include:
- Copy of Business Registration
